Orchard Park Garden Club Receives AMES Tools Grant from National Garden Clubs

Club is one of 22 recipients nationwide

The Orchard Park Garden Club is pleased to announce that it has received an AMES Tools Grant through National Garden Clubs, Inc. (NGC) for 2026. The club was one of 22 recipients nationwide, and the only recipient in New York State, chosen to receive new gardening tools for community garden projects.

The new tools are already being put to good use by our members as we maintain and enhance garden spaces throughout the Orchard Park community. From seasonal planting and cleanup to the ongoing care that keeps these spaces looking their best, having quality tools makes a meaningful difference in the work our volunteers are able to accomplish.

We are grateful to National Garden Clubs, Inc. and AMES for supporting local garden clubs and the volunteers who do this work in their communities. We look forward to seeing what these tools help us grow in seasons ahead.
